We are CHEF.EASE, a relief chef company that understands the importance of hiring a reliable, consistent, professional, and skilled chef. Founded by chefs with over 40 years of experience, CHEF.EASE stands out because we don’t just own and operate the company—we are relief chefs ourselves, alongside a small team of carefully selected chefs. We consider these chefs to be ambassadors of our brand.

Jamie Gulliford is the person who started it all.
He began his career as a kitchen porter and worked his way up through the ranks. Over the years, Jamie gained extensive experience in various kitchen environments, including large luxury hotel brands, fine dining restaurants, gastro pubs, events, and private dining across multiple countries.
For the past seven years, Jamie has been the Head Chef at Harbour Hotel Group, where he has successfully maintained a prestigious AA rosette and a 5-star EHO status. He focuses on preparing the finest local produce with a dedicated team of talented chefs.
Jamie and his team are available for a range of roles, including Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, Head Chef, Private Dining, and Consultancy.
